Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 g) butter
- 1 1/4 cups (250 g) AJ’s Brown Sugar
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (225 g) peanut butter
- 2 cups (300 g) Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 185 °C (375 °F)
Blend together butter, brown sugar and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the peanut butter. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together and slowly stir into the mixture.
Form teaspoon sized balls with your hands (add more flour if batter is too sticky) and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten twice with a fork, forming a cross in the middle of the cookie (dip fork into water so it doesn’t stick)
Bake for 8 – 11 minutes
Cool on a cooling rack
Yield : 4 – 5 dozen cookies
