Ingredients
- 1 cup (225g) butter
- 3/4 cups (150g) firmly packed AJ’s Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cups (150g) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups (350g) flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 160 g chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup (100g) chopped nuts (optional)
Recipe
Mix butter, AJ’s Brown Sugar and sugar together until creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together, slowly adding and mixing it into the dough.
Stir in the chocolate chips and (optional) nuts
Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake for 9-11 minutes
Yield : about 5 dozen cookies
