Ingredients
- 75 g butter
- 1 cup (200 g) firmly packed AJ’s Brown Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 75 g dark cooking chocolate, melted
- 2/3 cup (90 g) flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Recipe
Mix butter and brown sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stir well. Mix melted chocolate into the batter and sift flour, baking powder and salt last into the batter.
Use a 9 inch (22 cm) diameter cake pan
bake at 350° F (180° C) for 30-40 minutes
